PROCEDURES FOR WORK PERMITS

•  Students may pick up work permit applications in the Grade Level Offices, or in the Main Office or click on the  link below.

•  
  Work permits will be processed between the hours of 
  7
  :30​
   AM to 3:
  ​0​
  0 PM during the school year, except for holidays.  
  
  
          During the summer, please phone ahead before coming to the office
  .  724.850.2050.   Work permits will be processed between 8 AM and 3 PM Monday through Friday.     

• A parent or legal guardian must sign the work permit application. Proof of age must be provided. Acceptable documents are birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, or driver’s license or driver's permit.

• A Work Permit will be issued when valid proof of age is provided, and parent or guardian signature has been obtained.
