Attention Parents of Hempfield Area Student Athletes (grades 7th-12th)
FamilyID is now open for registration for winter sports on our district athletic website. FamilyID is the online athletic registration form for all middle and high school athletics. A physical is required for participation in all sports.
The deadline for winter sports registration for grades 7-12 is November 1, 2019. Please register and upload your winter athletic physical before the deadline.
If you have not yet completed the required physical by your family physician, please print out CIPPE Page 6 and be sure to take it with you for your appointment. All completed physicals must be uploaded into your FamilyID account in order to complete the registration process. CIPPE page 6 link can be found on the Hempfield FamilyID page.
